Definitions
- App: Refers to Timesheet and Invoicing by Zen.
- Customer: Refers to any individual or organization that installs or uses the App.
- Services: Refers to timesheet and invoicing functionalities provided by the App.
- Payment: Managed entirely by Atlassian via the Atlassian Marketplace.
Acknowledgment
By installing the App, you agree to comply with Atlassian’s Marketplace Terms of Use and Billing Policies. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

- Availability: Support is provided Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (UTC+1).
- Response Times:
- Critical Issues: Response within 24 hours.
- General Queries: Response within 48 hours.
Payment and Billing
Payments for the App are processed by Atlassian according to their Marketplace policies. We are not responsible for billing or payment-related issues. Please contact Atlassian support for such inquiries.
User Data
We adhere to Jira’s data security and privacy standards. The App does not store sensitive data outside Atlassian products unless explicitly authorized.
Intellectual Property
Timesheet and Invoicing be Zen and its functionalities are the intellectual property of Zen Networks. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Liability
The App is provided “as-is” without warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to the App in cases of misuse or violation of these Terms.
